What if I told you that what you choose for your home also takes care of your health? 🌿 A tip from one friend to another
Lately, I don't know if it's happening to you too, but everyone is talking about choosing what we eat well, what we use on our skin, on our hair... and it makes a lot of sense! Because in the end, everything around us, what we breathe and what touches our skin, directly influences how we feel.
I started this change myself a while ago, not because it was a trend, but because I realized that many products I used at home were full of chemicals I couldn't even pronounce. And if I wouldn't put them in my food... why use them to clean the clothes that then touch my skin or my son's?
🍋 Changing the detergent was one of my first steps.
Now I use one in strips, non-toxic, residue-free. The result? Clean clothes, no heavy perfumes that make you dizzy, and with the peace of mind that I'm doing something good for myself, my family, and also for the planet.
💡 And there's no need to change everything all at once.
Start small:
Change your dish soap or detergent to a more natural alternative.
Avoid products with parabens, phosphates, or artificial fragrances.
✔ Read labels (yes, it's worth it!).
And above all: choose products that respect both your health and the environment.
Because taking care of yourself starts at home.
And it's not complicated, I promise. It's just a matter of making small changes, one by one. And if you're also doing it or want to start, I'm here to help you 💚
